目前,人民币的国际化已经成为人们广泛关注的话题,但人民币国际化的成功取决于我国强大的经济实力、健全的金融体系、强有力的宏观金融能力、完全的货币自由兑换、外汇管制逐步放松.本文在对人民币国际化实现条件分析的基础之上,进一步探讨了人民币国际化的正面影响、负面影响,认为人民币国际化是大势所趋,但不能操之过急,需要在现阶段的基础上创造条件,稳步发展.货币作为一般等价物有市场范围限制和国家法律限制.在法律安排和市场需求两者得到统一的情况下,一个国家的货币可以走出国门在更广阔的市场发挥一般等价物作用即实现了货币国际化.随着我国政治、经济地位在世界上的提高,出现了人民币国际化趋势.随着中国经济的逐步成长,人民币将不断向国际化的方向演进.虽然本币真正的全面的国际化需要以该货币的自由兑换为前提,但在初期的发展中这两者也有一定的同步性.经常项目可兑换的实现、国际贸易投资的迅速发展等为背景的人民币,在周边国家与区域经济中的货币地位不断上升,人民币正在逐步具备跨国界与国际化的特征.
