First is turn on the computer.Then is open my email box.Then is click "write" button.Then is fill in the recipient's address.Then is fill in the theme.Then is write text content.Finally is click “send” button.

问题有：1.e-mail是可数名词,前面要不然加a,要不然用复数,不能什么都不加.
2.then重复使用,显得句式过于单调,建议用一些“next”,"and","and then”等

再答：可以，这样说客气一点还有，我觉得把button去掉就可以，用引号标着就表示是按钮了
