Dear Mr Jones,Thank  you  for  replying  to  our  advertisement  in  the  Financial  Times  fo  the  position  of  Website  Development  Manager  at  ABHK  Bank.I  am  pleased  to  invite  you  fo  interview.  Your  interview  is  on  Friday  19th  September  at  10.00  am.  Please  arrive  15  minutes  before  this  time  and  go  to  Reception  on  the  ground  floor.  A  member  of  the  ICT  department  will  meet  you  ai  the  lift  on  the  fifth  floor.     We  would  like  you  to  make  a  short  presentation(10  minutes)of  your  web-designs  and  website  management  projects.  We  would  also  like  you  to  present  your  ideas  for  a  new  website  for  ABHK  Corporate  Banking  Customers  in  France.  This  part  of  the  presentation  is  in  French  for  all  the  candidates.  Three  members  of  the  ICT Department  will  attend  the  interview.  You  can  ask  questions  in  the  interview  about  all  details  relationg  to  the  position.      After  the  interview  there  is  a  short  meeting  with  the  Human  Resources  Director  at  11.30  am.  At  this  time  you  can  ask  questions  related  to  the  salary  and  contract.      For  your  information  there  is  a   shortlist  of  four  candidates,and  we  will  make  a  decision  before  the  30th  September.      Thank  you  for  your  interest  in  the  position.  We  look  forward  to  meeting  you  on  Friday.Yours  sincerely,David  ManningSenior  ICT  Manager
