这是美国一个州的交通法的摘录.其中的highway是不是就是一般的马路呢?
但是我在字典里面查到的是“公路”,常指连接城镇的公路.
请求指教.：）
如果是指高速公路的话，第一条中的block指什么呢？街区（block）难道不是城市中特有的嘛？如何与高速公路联系起来呢？Thx~

补充部分:
block是指街区.mid-block 就是说在这条路的两个路口之间的地方.
highway只是说速度高,但同样可以是在市区内.你想那种没有红绿灯可以疯狂开车的有另一个名字 freeway
不是,这个词是专指高速公路.比如普通城市公路限制速度为35M,那么highway限速通常为60M
