Thank you very much for your caring.Yes,i am ok.I am now Changsha and I will be back to Chengdu in a month.
Chengdu is my hometown,and the center of the earthquake is Wenchuan which is about 100 kilometers away from Chengdu.
Yesterday when I was shopping,my mother gave me a call and said an earthquake had happened just now,the building shaked seriously suddenly.After a short while,my father and her realised that must be an earthquake,so they got down quickly.minutes later,everything went back.Mama told me that the wall got a crack,besides,everything was ok.Then I lost contect with my parents,either phone nor mobilephone.Six hours later,Mama called me again and told me everything was ok but many people were dead in this disaster,many houses collapsed,all of the people came out of the house and crowded in the street.
At night,most of the people didn't go back to their house,they stayed for a whole night in some public squares,some parks and other flats.
This morning,when I came to my company and open the computer,there are lots of news about this earthquake.Nearly 10,000 people died and thousands of people lost or injuried,including some kids and youths.You know,when the earthquake happend,it was the time for studying.Students were having their classes.Wenchuan and some other cities has become ruins in a minute.Our country and people are trying our best to save people in these areas that has suffered the terible earthquake.
Now aftershocks happened once in a while,and this may increase the diffculty of the resuce.I am quite sad about what has happened,and i keeping concerning about the rescue.I do hope everything will be ok,and all the survivors could be living.I do hope we could spend all these duffuculties.
