To my point of view,the action that students score zero to show their disappointment about the current education system is unwise and unacceptable.Everything we do should has a clear purpose and make sense.Will something happen if all the students hand in a white paper?I'm afraid the answer is negtive.It takes time for the changes in education system to take place.What you are thinking perhaps is exactly what the educationist is considering.We should express our view in a rational and effective method while the zero paper is absolutely not.
As we all know,whether a student can go deeper in their study career is mainly depended on their score of College Entrance Examination which bothers a great deal of senior high school students as well as their parents.What's more,the examination-oriented education results in a lot of criticises.However,under the current circumstance,I think this is the best way to select outstanding students with high qualifications.The fact that there are tens of thousands of students who intend to continue their studies requires a quantized standard.As a consequence,the College Entrance Examination is settled to fit the demand.Before a better idea occurs,I guess it is resonable.
But there is still something can be done.At present,the score is the only judgement in China while an interview is needed in the other countries.Some people suggest that we can undertake an face-to-face talk so that the particular student can be judged more fairly.But I don't think this is a good proposal as there are so many students in our country,a great amount of time will be necessary to process the scheme.What I am thinking is establishing a system which consist of several parts,one of which may provide an ability examination to check their overall abilities.Students should complete the test before the apply for a university on the internet and the managers of the university should take the result as a consideration.
