摘要

随着市场的竞争越来越激烈,企业对于优秀的人才的争夺达到了白热化的程度,而薪酬体系成为了企业吸引人才的核心因素,是决定企业能否在市场占据一席之地的重要因素。本文采用理论与实际相结合的方式对A公司销售人员薪酬体系进行研究。通过对A公司销售人员薪酬体系现状进行分析,发现其中的问题,并针对问题提出相应的解决方案,改进了薪酬体系,为吸引优秀的人才创造了好的条件。希望通过对A公司的研究解决A公司的问题,为A公司及其他同行业提供些参考价值。
本文以薪酬体系相关理论为基础,结合A公司薪酬体系现状,通过SAD方法研究A公司的薪酬体系所存在的比较突出的问题,并提出解决方案改进了薪酬体系。

Summary

With increasingly fierce competition in the market, companies compete for talent reached a fevered pitch, and the pay system has become a core element of business to attract talent, it is an important factor in deciding whether to occupy a place in the market. In this paper, a combination of theory and practical way A sales staff compensation system were studied. A compensation system on the status of the company sales staff for analysis and found that the problems and issues raised for the corresponding solutions, improve the salary system, in order to attract the best people to create a good condition. A study of the company hopes to solve A's problem, provide some reference value for the A's and other similar industries.
In this paper, the theory of compensation system based on the status quo A company's compensation system, research more prominent issue A company's compensation system exists by the SAD method, and propose solutions to improve the salary system.
