Error 12152 means that the Download Manager cannot download

Error 12152 means that the Download Manager cannot download one of the files it needs.This could be caused by several things,including a quirky Internet connection (especially dial-up),or the file may even be missing on the McAfee server.
Please try the following:
1.run MCPR (see my Signature).When it has finished,reboot the PC.
2.log into your My Account,and download and SAVE the Download Manager (DMSetup.exe) to your Desktop,and run the file from there.
3.If you still have the same problem:
- open the latest log file DwnldMgrXXX.log that you find in the following folder on your PC:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\McAfee\MCLOGS\DownloadMgr\DwnldMgr
- check the entries in the log for any mention of the fact that a file could not be downloaded.Then look on the line above that,to see see which file it was trying to download - it should give a complete URL to the file.Check the log if it's the same file that cannot be downloaded.
- please post the URL(s) here of files that cannot be downloaded.
- try and copy the URL to the Addressbar of Internet Explorer.Please tell us whether you can download the file using IE,or not.
If the problem hasn't gone away,please also let us know what area of the world you're in,and from which McAfee website (US,UK,German,Dutch,Danish,...) you're trying to install the software.

3.如果你还是有相同的问题:

-找到日志中显示无法下载文件的信息.然后查看该信息以上的部分,看是哪个文件无法下载.

-在IE浏览器中尝试输入这些地址,并且告诉我们你能否通过IE下载这些文件.
