Benjamin Disraeli once said, “Change is inevitable. Change is constant.” Disraeli’s observation is in accordance to life and the unknown of the future; humans are constantly working to enhance their way of life, which will impendingly bring about change. In the nonfiction book, The Way We Will be 50 Years From Today: 60 of the Worlds Greatest Minds Share Their Vision of the Next Half Century, 60 specialists give their predictions as to what the world will consist of in 50 years. Although the future will remain a mystery, all specialists agree upon one absolute: change will occur. Even though disagreements occur over whether these changes will bring about positive of negative repercussions, I believe the world will be improved by the human race with their inventions and advancements. While many specialists have their theories, I believe that in 50 years the world will experience many technological advances, which will positively modify all aspects of life, specifically environment and health, and humans, such as myself, will prosperously adapt.
