这是两个句型：
No one can deny that.表语从句,that后面接表语,用于补充deny 的内容.
而No one can deny the fact that.是定语从句,that 后面接定语从句,用于来补充强调什么样的事实.
不加 the fact就变成了表语从句,没多大关系.
比如：
I know that she loves me,表演从句.
I know the fact that she loves me,定语从句,强调这个事实.
