No provision of this Agreement shall be construed as granting or conferring any rights, express or any license , patent, trademark ,copyright, trade secre or other intellectual property of Flowserve as a result of the transfer of the Information to Recipient. Flowserve makes no representation or warranty to Recipient with respect to the infringement of any patent ,trademark , copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of Flowserve as a result of the Information by Flowserve.
4. TERM
The obligations in this Agreement are continuing ,except that this Agreement may be terminated thiry days after written notification by either party to the other. All rights and obligations accrued under this Agreement shall survive for a period of five years following the termination of this Agreement.
