第一个空应填what was the matter,这里虽然在asked后作宾语从句,但是不用“what+正常语序”的形式.
这种情况属于例外,应单独记忆.
第二个空应填what my name was,由连词and引导,与前一句中的what was the matter并列作“宾语从句”.注意：在由疑问词,即what/when/how/whether/which/why/who,引导的“特殊疑问句”作宾语时,疑问词后面应该接陈述语序.
另例：I don't know who he is.
