14.Presentation of documents that are not in compliance with any
applicable Anti-Money Laundering,Anti-Terrorism,Anti-Boycott,
sanctions laws and regulations is not acceptable and HBZ Finance
Limited reserves the right not to honour such presentation.
Applicable laws vary depending on the transaction and may include
U.N.,U.S.,and/or local Laws examples of involvement of a
sanctioned party in transaction may include a trading
party,buyer,supplier,consignee,notify party,bank,shipping
company,shipping agent,vessel,insurance company,assignee or
transferee,place or origin,Place of
Loading/Receipt,transhipment,port of discharge or final
destination of goods.,
15.Notwithstanding the provisions of UCP 600,If we give notice
of refusal of documents presented under this credit,we shall
however,retain the right to accept a waiver of discrepancies
from the applicant and subject to such a waiver being acceptable
to us,to release the documents against that waiver without
reference to the presenter,provided that no written instructions
to the contrary have been received by us,from the presenter
before the release of the documents.Any such release prior to
receipt of contrary instructions shall not constitute a failure
on our part to hold the documents at the presenters risk and
disposal,and we will have no liability to the presenter in
respect of any such release.

14、 递交的文件不得与反洗钱、反恐怖、反抵制的法律和规定相违背,否则HBZ财务公司有权不予接受.适用的法规根据不同的交易情况,包括联合国,美国,以及交易方、买卖方、收货方、通知方、银行、船公司、船代、船舶、保险公司、转让方、受让方、原产地、收发货地、转运地、目的地等涉及国家的地方的法律.
15、 在UCP600规定之外,一旦我们发出通知拒绝接受本信用证下的文件,我们仍然有如下权利：对于开证人不接受的不符点,只要我们认为可以接受,即可放单,无需通知交单人,我们不会为此承担责任.
