Dear manager,
I'm writing this letter to make a complaint about my shopping experience at your supermarket.I bought some milk at your supermarket yesterday evening.But I was really shocked later when I found that the milk had already expired by the time I bought it!When I talked this to your assistant,she was busying chatting!She paid no attention to me at all.I was really upset and angry about this.I'm one your regular and decent customers and I'm really surprised and disappointed about this.I hope that you will deal with the matter as soon as possible.And I demand that the shop assistant make an official apology to me.
