1.is lying表示的是进行时,对进行时的倒装,我们要把Ving放在句首,应该说Lying in front of the bus is an injured man,all covered with blood.
也可以理解为分词+介词短语位于句首+be+主语
而本题是方位介词短语位于句首,句子要采用完全倒装结构
句子可以还原为：An injured man just lies in front of the bus,all covered with blood.
2.if only 意思是“要是.就好了”,要和虚拟语气连用.
