摘要 城镇私营企业和个体就业人数的增多,说明了自主创业越来越受欢迎,创业在一定程度上缓解了就业压力.本文用聚类分析的方法来分析,为创业者提供一份各地区的创业情况,创业在一定程度上受地域的影响,地区内良好的就业、创业环境,丰富的资源,完善的基础设施,都是能否良好创业的条件.因此在经济发达地区创业的成功率比较大,所以东部地区的创业比中部和西部地区明显活跃.

Analyse on private and individual firms' population of quantity of employment in each district of cities and towns.
Abstract: Population of quantity of employment increased in private and individual firms show that start own businesses plan is more and more popular, self-employed people has relieve the pressure of employment. The paper use cluster analysis to analyse this sitution, and offer an condition of employment in every district because the territorial difference will influence the own business plan. There are four basic conditions to make a better enviroment for self-employed people which are favorable employment, entrepreneurial environment, rich resource, perfect infrastructure. Therefore, it will have more success in economic developed areas than other district, so eastern district is more active than western area.
