近年来,交流电机变频调速及相关技术的研究已经成为电气传动领域的一个重要课题,随着现代科学技术的高速发展,交流变频调速技术已经越来越成熟,并逐步占据了电力传动的主导地位.
本论文阐述了变频调速原理,并在此基础上设计了一种利用单片机控制变频器实现交流电机调速控制的系统.该系统主要由按键,单片机,数模转换及变频器等组成.设计包括硬件设计和软件编程2部分:硬件设计采用STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片,系统利用该芯片控制数模转换器TLV5618输出0-5V的模拟电压信号,该模拟信号可控制变频器频率变化,以达到交流电机调速的目的.软件设计采用c51编程.
系统采用模块化设计,控制电路简单、集成度高,具有较好的抗干扰能力.
