Healthy is very important for us,and everybody knows that,but many teenagers pay no attention to it,especially in holidays,they eat a lot of juck food such as hamburgers,French fries and so on.They usually spend too much time watching TV,staying up chatting with their friends on the Internet,or playing games too much,whcih do great harm to their health.Also,they are bad for their eyesight,and make their body weak,and they even spend so much time playing alone that they have little communication with their firends or families.
So I think we should spend our free time properly,we can have a picnic with our relatives for our vacation,and we'd better exercise more,such as playing sports or jogging,if you do that,I'm sure you will think you have a great time during your holiday.
