两句有什么区别呢……

两句子没有意义上的区别,
第一个是口语,
第二个是正式英语
人们对话时和说口语比较马虎,很常把 not good 说成 no good
（尽管不符合语法）.
但我们可以把 no good 理解为 not any good,
即 She's no good = She's not any good
同样地
It's no good = It's not any good
第一个 good 不是名词.
