目前,渤海钻井管具公司拥有多套液压防喷试压装置,该装置在低压试压时十分不准确,无法满足测量评价的要求,新增加的一套装置的配套软件目前无法按照要求正常运行,因此本文针对以上情况,设计了一个基于MCGS的管具耐压检测软件系统.系统的硬件部分的通过两个压力变送器把压力信号转换为电信号来实现压力的检测,然后经数据采集板卡吧数据采集到计算机中进行处理,在高\低压试压时计算机就会向驱动模块发送一个控制信号,使相应的高\低电磁阀闭合来控制泵的工作,从而实现对压力的控制;软件部分采用MCGS组态软件模拟整个试压过程并完成数据的处理.本系统能够对管具耐压压力进行检测和控制,主要实现压力的采集;泵的控制;数据的显示与保存;报表的打印等功能.本文对硬件部分和软件部分的实现过程进行了详细的论述.

At present,the Bohai Drilling Company has several sets of tubes with hydraulic BOP pressure test device,which when in the low pressure test is not accurate,can not meet the measurement evaluation,and additional supporting software of a device can not currently function properly as required Therefore,this paper above,the design of a pipe with a pressure-based MCGS detection software system.The hardware part of the pressure through two pressure transmitter signal is converted to electrical signals to achieve the pressure test,and then right after data acquisition board to the computer data acquisition processing,in the high \ low pressure test will be when the computer to drive the module sends a control signal,so that the corresponding high \ low electromagnetic valve closed to control the pump,thus realize the pressure control; MCGS configuration software applied to the software simulation of the pressure testing process and complete the data processing.The system can control pressure with a pressure detection and control,mainly realized the pressure of collection; pump control; data display and preservation; report printing.In this paper,hardware and software implementation process was discussed in detail.
