初中宾语从句单选题,求语法高手相助

A.how long she usually spent on her homework.
B.what she was doing these days.
另外两个选项很容易排除掉就不写了.但这两个怎么选,小辈想半天,确实没想出来,卡在这里了,求高手相助,务必要写清原因.
弱弱地问下,是B选项中these days 应改为those days
