我很不理解,如果是A的话,那怎么解释Mother 是第3 人称单数的问题,还有,从句时态应该和主句相关啊!主句用一般过去时时,从句要用过去时态中的一种才对呀?求高手赐教,Thank you!

这里考查的是suggest 的用法
suggest 做“建议”讲时,从句要用虚拟语气,（should） +动词原形,should可以省略.
即 suggest that （从句）+ （should）+ 动词原形

只是把should省略了而已.
