语法结构是这样的,首先who worked……这一串是定语,修饰Alfred Bloggs.in the case就是在这个事例里,of Alfred Bloggs是修饰case的,表示Alfred Bloggs的这个例子.
和前面连起来就是这个“this”（上文说的这种社会现象）会导致奇怪的情况,就像它在Alfred的这个事例中一样（也导致了奇怪的情况）.或者说“this”在Alfred这个例子里导致了奇怪的情况.
