请问这句话语法正确吗?I am practicing my english skill while i am watching this tv program 听有人说要改成I practise my english skill while i am watching this tv program就行了,那我就不懂了while不是表并列吗?practise不是延续性动词吗?应该可以用ing的啊.另外谓语双谓语我不太清楚,i practise语法是可以的 I am practise是不是就是双谓语了 I am practicing是不是就是把practicing改成非谓语动词了?practise和practice又有什么区别?小弟虚心求教达人.

先说说while的用法：
while：
conj.在…期间；与…同时；虽然；而
n.（一段）时间
vt.消磨,打发（时间）；（愉快而懒散地）度过（时间）（常与 away 连用）
1.CONJ-SUBORD（表示两件事同时发生）当…的时候,在…时If something happenswhilesomething else is happening,the two things are happening at the same time.
如：They were grinning and watching while one man laughed and poured beer over the head of another.
当一个男人大笑着把啤酒倒在另一个人头上时,他们都在乐呵呵地看着.
2.CONJ-SUBORD（表示某一件事是在另一件事发生过程中的某一时间点发生的）当…的时候,在…时If something happenswhilesomething else happens,the first thing happens at some point during the time that the second thing is happening.
如：Never apply water to a burn from an electric shock while the casualty is still in contact with the electric current.
当被电击者还连着电时,千万不要把水弄到电击伤口上.
3.CONJ-SUBORD却；但是；然而You usewhileat the beginning of a clause to introduce information which contrasts with information in the main clause.
如：Marianne was tempted to turn the large rooms into traditional French-style salons,while Howard was in favour of a typically English look...

4.CONJ-SUBORD虽然；尽管You usewhile,before making a statement,in order to introduce information that partly conflicts with your statement.

尽管这种增长的数量相对较小,但是潜在的市场是巨大的.
这里,我一边练英语,一边看电视.I am practicing my english skill while i am watching this tv program,确实是不可以这么说的.而应该说“I am practicing my english skill while watching this tv program ”前后主语一致,后面不用再加“I am”,重复啰嗦.
再说下practice和practise
practice有两种词性,一种是名词（.n）,一种是动词(.v),都是“练习”的意思
practise只有动词词性,用法和意思与practice相同
再问： 请问while不是表示并列吗，practicting不是延续性的吗为什么不需要加ing呢？
再答： 是否延续跟加ing没有关系，语法不能这么生搬用套。prctice后面在这里可以加ing，但是后面那个while 引导的那个句子中的“I am”要去掉，英语中最忌重复累赘。 我一边练英语，一边看电视。I am practicing my english skill while i am watching this tv program，确实是不可以这么说的。而应该说“I am practicing my english skill while watching this tv program ”前后主语一致，后面不用再加“I am”，重复啰嗦。
再问： 哦，这样。那有人说i practise my English while watching this tv program.也可以。那就是说这里practicing或者practise都可以用？

再答： 这里是这样理解的，如果你认为两个是同时发生的动作，可以用ing，但是如果一个是常规性的动作，也就是英语中所说的习惯性动作，就不必用ing了。
