National Fitness Day.
August 8th,2010 is our motherland’s 2ad National Fitness Day.Do sports every day（天天健身）.Happy every day（天天快乐）.I’m going to by bike as well as to buy my breafast.Usually,I drink a glass of orange juice and eat one or two eggs every day so as to keep my body in a good condition.
After a breafast,I will take No.10bus to the post station where is behind the Jinxing park.I want to send my greeting card to my uncle Jack.And then,I will go to the park on foot in order to do some exercises for 2 hours.
Finally,I will go to the bookstore to buy my favorite novles.
In my eyes,keepping a healthy state is beneficial for us.So I suggest that we should not only do sports in National Fitness Day,but also do it every day.
