a）I have included on this email our auditors from the US.We need to do the following:
b） Can we make arrangements with the China Auditors to do a count on the Custom Book
c） We would like them to count in conjunction with Land Power personnel,the current number of sets of copper represented in the Customs Book as of a given date (Say within the next few days).
d) We only need them to verify quantity not pricing,since pricing,and invoices are here in the US and have been provided to our auditors.There should not have been a change in copper since we have not shipped any 324 copper as of yet other than you have some manufacture ones in there final stage but we know one set = one finished product.
e) We will need a formal document in Chinese and English from the China Auditors that they have done this and in the document they should advise there findings.
f) Mike Schorsten may add a few more items from the list,we recognize that we may have to roll forward or roll back from the current customs book but we can address that in the US.
g) I have included the 12/31/2008 Custom book,with the items selected in Green that I know of,which is the copper.
h) Please advise when this can be done.Thanks’ you for your help in helping us complete this.I will be on line late tonight if you have any questions.
