A不行.因为语义不通.B语义也不通.应该是在之前而不是在之后.when表示的是主句的动作一直在进行,这个时候发生从句中的动作.即“正当（主句的）动作在进行.突然/这个时候（when从句的动作发生）” 显然这里我上班不是在不到两天之内发生的而是在那以后发生的所以D也不对.
