概述
本公司生产的CYQ型厨记除油器能有效的去除水中各种浮油及其它比生小于水的液体,并能做到油水分离废油回收,其原理是利用油水之间不同重力和表面张力等特性.广泛的被用于厨房灰水处理,也适用于船舶、舰艇、平台等厨房灰水处理.与同类型产品相比,具有体积小,重量轻,结构紧凑.本装置符合MARPOL73/78公约要求.
二、安装
本装置的安装尽可能处于水平位置,装置的底座上设有螺孔.
装置附有固定船舶结构上的底座,其底座尺寸和固定孔位置,详见下图.
装置处于船舶管路相连接的灰水入口,排放口,溢流口中,泄放口等管路其连接方式与尺寸,详见总图.
三、操作
装置运行前先注入清水,注入的清水量为能在观察颜观孔见到水面即可.
关闭泄放阀,打开溢流口阀,此时装置即可运行.当装置内油累积到从观察孔看不到水时需进行排油动作,打泄放阀即可.
注：
1.打开装置盖板,将不锈钢丝网抽出并清洗干净；
2.拧开装置底部放泄螺塞；
3.关闭出口阀,打开溢流口阀及放泄阀,用清水清洗.
4.用棉布将观察孔玻璃擦试干净.
