1.Please tell me when we‘ll have the meeting.这个句子是名词性还是状语从句?也就是说怎样分辨非that引导的从句是名词性从句还是状语从句?.
2.Experiments show that insects can function as pollinators of cycads,rare,palmlike tropical plants.这句话rare,palmlike tropical plants是插入语还是同位语还是?为什么?插入语与同位语有什么区别?

1.名词性从句一定是在句子中充当了句子成分如“宾语、主语、定语、表语以及补语”,如果去掉的话,句子意思就不完整或者名词缺少修饰语、缺少补语显别扭等.2.非that引导的从句做状语时,是可以单独将该从句从句中去掉后不影响句子的完整度.即,句子去掉状语从句后：句子还是完整的“主谓宾、主系表、主谓宾宾补、主谓+间宾+直宾”等结构.例：Please tell me when we‘ll have the meeting 的when we‘ll have the meeting就是宾语从句.因为如果去掉when从句后,本来是“主语（你,省略）+谓语+间接宾语+直接宾语”的句子突然变成了“主语（你,省略）+谓语+宾语”结构,更为严重的是,省略when句后,原来的宾语（即when从句）突然变成了宾语“me”.试比较：Please tell me,when you were 10 years old,what you loved to do.去掉when的状语从句后,句子仍然很完整,还是“主语（你,省略）+谓语+间接宾语+直接宾语”的结构
